This policy explains what information OrdenaPDF (the "site", operated by Jefferson Valdez) handles when you use our tools and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Your PDF files and images

The "Reorder PDF", "Image to PDF" and "PDF to JPG" tools work entirely inside your browser. The files you choose are read into your device's memory and the result is created right there. Your files are not sent, stored or shared with our servers or any third party.

2. Anonymous usage statistics

When you download a result, your browser sends us only two numbers: the number of pages and the total size in bytes. It does not include the content, file names or any data that identifies you.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit the site, from what kind of device and which pages they view. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as IP address, browser and pages visited. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

OrdenaPDF is free thanks to advertising. We show ads through Google AdSense:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of third-party vendors' cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info or, in Europe, www.youronlinechoices.eu.

5. Cookies and consent

  • Necessary: browser local storage to remember your cookie choice and language.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics cookies to measure site usage.
  • Advertising: cookies from Google and its partners to show and measure ads.

Analytics and advertising cookies depend on your consent. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before they are used to personalize ads. You can change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser, or block cookies in your browser settings.

6. Donations

If you donate, the payment is processed by PayPal on its own platform. We never receive or store your card details. See PayPal's privacy policy.

7. Server logs

Our server technically logs requests (IP address, date, page and browser) to keep the site secure and detect abuse. These logs are kept for a limited time.

8. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR or California's CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. Since we don't require sign-up or store your files, we usually hold no data that identifies you, but you can still contact us.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
